Terms and Conditions
• This program is non-refundable.
• This program can be transferred to the others. The patient is required to present the e-voucher with ID card before treatment at Skin and Cosmetic Center, 14th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
• The program is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee, and OPD patient service fee.
•If the patient does not make an appointment in advance, the hospital reserves the right not to provide the service in case that the medical center is closed or cannot provide services on that day.
• This program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The program fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient chooses not to take any treatment item and the treatment list cannot be changed.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• Service hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. For public holidays, please make appointment in advance with our Contact Center.
