Terms and Conditions
• The patient who has never been pregnant is recommended to attend both pre-pregnancy screening and infertility screening packages.
• For the infertility screening package for women, the patient is recommended to make appointment with the doctor during the10th-12th day of menstrual cycle (in case that you have normal cycle at every 28 days) by counting the 1st day of period as 1 day
• The patient can use this voucher at Women’s Health Clinic, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center only.
• The complimentary gift can be redeemed on the check-up day by presenting the E-voucher at Women’s Health Center and the patient cannot claim for the gift after the check-up day.
• Each patient can redeem only one blanket pillow (worth 150 THB) throughout the promotional period.
• This program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The program fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient choose not to take any check-up item and the check-up list cannot be changed.
• The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
• If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the program price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
• This program cannot be exchanged to cash and it can be used only one time, cannot be repeatedly used.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• This service is available Monday-Friday, 07.00 a.m.-noon. Please kindly make appointment in advance for you convenience.
• The program can be purchased from1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2025
