Lung Cancer Screening with Low-dose CT Scan program
• Aged 50 years old or above / Tobacco smoker / Ex-smoker who had quitted smoking less than 15 years
• Secondhand smoker
• Family history of lung cancer
• Exposure to incense smoke, grilled smoke, industrial inhaled substances
• Patient with chronic lung disease
Terms and Conditions:
• The program is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee and OPD service fee.
• This program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
• If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the program price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• The program can be purchased from1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2025
