Terms and Conditions:

The patient is required for doctor consultation prior to the vaccination.
This program is for children aged 9-14 years old who have never had a history of vaccine allergie. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult a doctor before making a decision to purchase.
This voucher can be transferred to the others. Please present the voucher with ID card before vaccination. The patient can use this voucher at Pediatric and Child Development Center, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
This program is inclusive of doctor fee (only for 1st vaccination), service fee, and OPD service fee.
For patient who needs doctor consultation during 2nd vaccination or additional treatment required, additional expenses will be charged in actual cost.
For the second dose of the vaccine for children, there will be an appointment with a pediatrician beforehand to assess the health and safety of the vaccine recipient. There may be additional medical charges beyond the program .

The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged in any case.
This program is for OPD patient only and cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
The program can be purchased from1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
