Terms and Conditions:
- The package is inclusive of hospital service and OPD patient fee. Doctor fee is excluded.
- This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
- The checkup list cannot be adjusted. If the patient declines to attend any checkup program as listed, the package fee will fully be charged.
- The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
- If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the package price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
- This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
- The package can be purchased from 30 December 2023 – 31 December 2024.
