- This package is for children aged 6 month - 5 years old who have never had a history of vaccine allergie. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult a doctor before making a decision to purchase.
- This package can be transferred to the others. The patient is required to present the e-voucher with ID card before vaccination at Pediatric and Child Development Center, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
- This package is inclusive of doctor fee , service fee, and OPD service fee.
- The patient is required to pay for the actual expense of any additional treatment occurre.
- The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged in any case.
- This package is for OPD patient only and cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
- This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
- The package can be purchased from 10 July 2024 – 31 December 2024.
- This voucher is valid until 31 December 2024.
