Terms and Conditions
• The patient can use this voucher at Pediatric and Child Development Center, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
• The doctor fee is excluded in the package. The package is inclusive of medication, vaccination, and hospital service fee.
• This program  is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• This program cannot be exchanged to cash and it can be used only one time, cannot be repeatedly used.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• Service hours:

• The program can be purchased from1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2025
