Terms and Conditions
  • The package is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee and OPD patient service fee. 
  • Please do not eat or drink at least 6-8 hours before checkup.
  • This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies. 
  • The package fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient chooses not to take any check-up item and the check-up list cannot be changed. 
  • The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
  • If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the package price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • Service hours: 
           - Monday – Friday 7.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
           - Saturday – Sunday 7.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.

  • The package can be purchased from 1 July 2024 - 31 December 2024
  • This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2024.
