Terms and Conditions

This package is transferable to others but non-refundable.
The package is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee, and OPD patient service fee.
The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the package price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
Service hours:
Monday - Friday 7.00 a.m.-3.00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday 7.00 a.m.- 12.00 p.m.
