Terms and Conditions
- This package is transferable but non-refundable.
- The package is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee, and OPD patient service fee.
- The patient will get 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray services only for additional health checkup (radiologist fee excluded). For additional test for treatment is not included in this condition.
- If the patient has additional checkup, treatment, and medication for treatment, the expense will be charged apart from the package price and paid by the patient in actual cost.
- This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
- This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
- Service hours:
- Monday – Friday 7.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday 7.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
