Teeth Cleaning and Panoramic Dental X-ray Package

Terms and Conditions:
• This package is for the patient aged 12 years old or above.

• The panoramic x-ray film will be recorded by the hospital. Additional charge for copying the film is 150 THB.

•  Should the patient requires additional diagnostic test or treatment, or receives medication for treatment, there will be extra charges. The patient will need to pay for these additional costs beyond the package.

• This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies. • This package cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only. • Service hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m., Saturday 8.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m., Sunday 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. at Dental Center, 9th floor, Vichaiyut Hospital (North Building) and 10th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
• The package can be purchased from 15 August 2024 – 31 December 2024.
• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2024.
